China sourcing for Arab business buyers

We find Chinese factories for business buyers across the Arab world, message them in Mandarin, and send 3 quotes in an Arabic comparison within 7 working days. The buyer pays the factory directly. We are paid by the buyer only: a USD 100 deposit per request, credited in full against the order fee and refunded in full if we do not deliver 3 suitable factory quotes within 7 working days. The order fee is a flat USD 600 on factory invoices up to USD 6,000, then 10% falling to 5% as the invoice grows (10% to USD 15,000; 8% to USD 40,000, minimum USD 1,500; 6% to USD 100,000, minimum USD 3,200; 5% above, minimum USD 6,000).
